Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Waqas Labs collects in connection with Automatic Document Generator for Umbraco. The short version: the plugin runs on your own server, and we receive almost nothing.
1. What the plugin sends
The Software is installed into your own Umbraco site. It makes two kinds of outbound request:
- To your chosen AI provider. Your design screenshots and the resulting prompts are sent directly from your server to the provider you configured, using your own API key. They do not pass through us and we never see them.
- To our store, to check your licence. This sends your licence key and an identifier for the installation, so we can confirm the licence is valid and count it against your five-install limit. No site content, design files or generated output is included.
Your designs, content and generated Document Types stay on your infrastructure and your AI provider's. We have no access to them.
2. What we collect when you buy
Purchases are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. They collect the details needed to process payment and comply with tax law. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email address, country and order details so we can issue your licence and provide support.
3. What we collect when you email us
Your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
4. How long we keep it
Order and licence records are kept while your licence is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with our payment provider and our email provider, to the extent needed to sell you the Software and support you, or where the law requires it.
6. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our payment provider's checkout pages set their own cookies, governed by their policy.
7. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
